Central District Halloween Party

A neighbourhood party for the whole family, listed on the City of Trois-Rivières calendar: bouncy castles, a small spooky trail, mini-pumpkin decorating and a treasure hunt. Clowns and face painting round out the program, with hot dogs and cotton candy on site. A fun costumed day out for younger kids.
