A full day of Halloween in the village: baby gym for ages 0 to 5 in the morning (19 Highland Street), a haunted house at the Legion (2 Curley Street) in the afternoon, then a silent headphone parade leaving City Hall at 6 p.m. and ending with a dance party at Parc des Vétérans. Candy is handed out at open shops along Main Street all evening.
